Beaded Rivoli. 3D Tutorial

How to make the Beaded Rivoli Swarovski. Video, pattern and the explanation.

Materials:

  • Rivoli Swarovski 14 mm. (red);
  • Delica Beads 11/0 (black);
  • Miyuki Beads or Toho 15/0 (silver);
  • Beading thread (or fishing line);
  • Needle.

Beaded Rivoli 14mm. Swarovski. Step 1

Pick up 36 beads and tie a knot. Step up through the first bead (1).

Pick up 1 11/0 Delica bead, skip 1 bead and stick your needle through the next bead. Do this all around. When you add last bead, step up (2).

Pick up 1 15/0 Miyuki bead and stick it through the next (Delica) bead.  Do this all around. When you add last bead, step up. (3).

Pick up 1 15/0 Miyuki bead and stick it through the next (Miyuki) bead.  Do this all around. When you add last bead, step up. (4).

Pick up 1 15/0 Miyuki bead and stick it through the next (Miyuki) bead, skipping one.  Do this all around. Bring the thread to the other side (5).

Insert the crystal into the beadwork (6).

Work from the back side (7). Now pull very gently while keeping your finger on the rivoli. 

Pick up 1 15/0 Miyuki bead and stick it through the next bead. Do this all around twice. Pull gently every row. When you add last bead, step up (8,9).

Add 5 15/0 Miyuki beads (10). Repeat this all around (11).

Add 3 15/0 Miyuki beads between the previous peaks (12). You can add 1 bead between next peaks or to connect the beads of this row (if you work with TOHO Beads) (13,14). Pull very gently.

12 mm 30
14 mm 36

    I love the tutorial, there are other tutorials out there obout beaded Rivoli's but this one is extremely beautiful.
